STEP BY STEP AS A PICTURE GUIDE
Step 1
First, remove the protective films. (Keep them and do not throw them away)
Make sure your hands and chest are free from creams, oils, etc.
Step 2
Make sure the thicker padding of the pads is at the bottom.
For the best push-up effect, it's also essential that the pads are placed as far to the outside as possible to achieve the best effect and to prevent them from sticking out in your outfit.
Step 3
Now, pull the top forward with one hand and place the pad as far to the outside of the breast as possible. Then, press the pad firmly towards the center and upwards with your breast.
Step 4
Finally, stick your top to the nipple covers and smooth it out to ensure there are no wrinkles in the top.
Step 5
Ideally, the pads should sit as shown in the picture, achieving the greatest lifting and push-up effect.
