Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order.

The standard shipping time with tracking is 10 to 25 business days.
Once you have placed your order, it is transferred to "processing". This processing time means that we will start packing your order and planning its delivery.

This can take 2 to 5 days. Once the "processing" phase is complete, your order will be ready to ship. We will send you the tracking number via the email address you used to place your order.

We do not ship on weekends

If you receive your package damaged or if a part is missing, you can return it to us. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it to us and get a new copy. Provided that the products have not been used and are accompanied by their original packaging.

We understand that the return may take some time to arrive at our warehouse and therefore we need the returned items to be shipped within 30 days, not delivered to us.
